Japan 4-2 Paraguay 

Japan came from behind to beat Paraguay 4-2 in their final World Cup warm-up match in Austria.

Paraguay failed to qualify for this year’s World Cup in Russia.

Oscar Romero opened the scoring for the South American side before Takashi Inui scored a double for Japan after the break.

Borussia Dortmund midfielder Kagawa provided two assistsfor Inui’s goals and added the fourth goal in added time.

Japan’s third goal came from a Federico Santander's own goal.

Richard Ortiz scored the other goal for Paraguay.

Japan will now face Colombia in their opening Group H match on Tuesday, 19 June.

Poland4-0 Lithuania 

Poland eased through with a 4-0 win against Lithuania in their final pre-World Cup friendly in Warsaw on Tuesday.

Polish Captain and Bayern Munich star Robert Lewandowski scored a double.

The other goals came from Dawid Kownacki and Jakub Blaszczykowski who scored from the penalty spot after a Video Assistant Referee (VAR) decision after Lithuania's Algis Jankauska shandled the ball in the area.

Poland begin their World Cup Group H campaign in Moscow against Senegal on June 19, before facing Colombia and Japan.
